OK, today began our lesson by talking about 'the unexplained'. We did a reading exercise about UFOs and alien abductions. Below is the new vocabulary we learnt...
After that we looked at reported speech (or indirect speech) within the reading exercise. See below for the rules on reported speech...

Next we looked at silent consonants in words. We started off with
COMB, HOUR and WHAT.
Next we identified some silent sounds and looked at some of the rules.
