Today we began class by talking about age. We decided that 70+ is old, although it can depend on your own age (It isn't objective). We listened to some other people's opinions on the CD and learnt some new vocabulary...

Try this exercise to practise form.
After that we talked about idioms. Idioms are non literal phrases. In other words, you can't translate them because they would confuse and bamboozle you! You matched the idioms with their literal meanings...
Then you became actors and made some short dramas using the idioms as inspiration. We guessed which idioms you were acting out. The best drama was by Marcus, Anna and Santi (congratulations on your Delfin dollers!)
Guys your homework this weekend is to write an essay of no less than 150 words about the best or worst teacher you have ever had. Good luck and enjoy your weekend!
